Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist that enjoys playing and competing in sports. I have been involved in competitive sports since the age of 11. Growing up, I was a competitive gymnast until the age of 18. I also did track and field and played basketball. Since the age of 18, I play competitive baseball, compete in archery competitions, play and compete in curling competitions, and enjoy the sport of fishing. I have also started taking up the sport of golf. When I am not working or playing sports, I enjoy paddle boarding, spending time with my beautiful dog and lounging at my trailer.

Team/individual Awards: 1st place win for Northern Ontario in gymnastics, 2 regular season baseball wins, 5 baseball tournament wins, 1st place women’s archery win in Ontario, 1st place curling competition win, 1st place free throw basketball win and one big fish!
Education/credentials: Masters in Counseling Psychology, B.A Psychology, Diplomas in Mental Health and Addictions and Social Worker. I have earned my designation as a Clinical Traumatologist as well. I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario.
Educational accomplishments: Trained in EMDR ( registered with EMDRIA), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Processing Conjoint Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
